Samadara Retreats

Delve into a journey of self-exploration where we weave yoga, yoga therapy, and transformational coaching into a life-changing retreat in the tropics.

"Sprouting pineapples, dancing peacocks, the smell of the frangipani trees. A villa decorated with antique Rajasthani treasures. Drinking fresh coconuts. Meditating in the soft amber morning jungle light. All that can be heard is the deep rumbling Ommms from the nearby monastery."

Ailsa Lee

I loved waking up every morning to the sounds of jungle, honestly I've never felt this peaceful. It is such a special place, we are all obsessed!

Molly is a very experienced teacher with an incredibly warm, friendly and outgoing  personality which makes her immediately likeable. She gives a lot of individual attention to her students, creating a feeling of trust and confidence in each and every one of them.

Lucy Callander

Molly and Nicki are the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating hosts. I felt like I’d known them all my life and nothing was ever too much trouble. I absolutely loved every minute of my retreat at Samadara and Sri Lanka has touched a special place in my heart.

Samadara is a yogi heaven. The setting is just perfect. Surrounded by jungle, but only a short tuk tuk ride from the beach. The food that is prepared daily from local produce is incredible. I still dream of those Sri Lankan curries!
