Leave the retreat feeling strong in body, radiant in energy and in tune with your true potential.
Our bespoke retreat hosts up to eight guests. You will be under the warm guidance of yoga teacher and therapist Molly and transformational coach Nicki. We will take you on a soulful journey guiding you through the practices of meditation, pranayama, yoga, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, coaching and the emotional freedom technique.
Molly’s morning sessions are more dynamic and aim to open and release. Her evening sessions are more explorative and centered around the mind and emotions. Nicki will offer transformational coaching workshops to support you on your journey of self awareness and to help bring profound change in your life off the mat.

16-22 November 2019
During these weeks we will journey through the yogic model of the seven chakras. Each chakra represents a different phase of our life and shapes our body, personality and energy. Through the practice we aim to open and clear these energy centres.
23-29 November 2019
During these weeks we will journey through the yogic model of the koshas. There are five koshas which represent different layers of our being: the physical body, the energy body, the mind body, the wisdom body, and the bliss body. The practice aims to explore these layers and bring them into balance.
