YOGA
You will be under the warm guidance of yoga teacher and therapist Molly. She will take you on a soulful journey of inner exploration guiding you through the practices of meditation, pranayama, yoga, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, and the emotional freedom technique.
Molly’s morning sessions are more dynamic and aim to strengthen, open and release. Her evening sessions are more explorative and centred around the mind and emotions.
Molly has over ten years of experience and teaches in studios and privately in London and on retreats around the world.
COACHING
Having run and participated in retreats for a few years we have experienced profound transformation on the mat but have sometimes wondered how to bring that magic into our daily lives back at home?
Cue transformational coaching. Our coach Nicki will offer the group coaching workshops and tools for self-enquiry to help integrate all the positive changes into your life beyond the retreat setting.
Nicki trained with the ICF accredited coaching school Animas and now coaches private clients in London. She has recently completed a further qualification in Existential Coaching.
